I'm a highly trained reflexologist and massage therapist specialising in restoring the body to health & pain free function

Clinical Reflexology

Reflexology is a unique method of using the thumb and fingers on areas of the feet that correspond to all the glands, organs and parts of the body. Stimulating these reflexes properly can help many health problems such as;
- Auto-immune conditions
- Digestive problems
- Hormone imbalances
Fertility difficulties

Clinical Massage

If you are in pain or have on-going niggles you want to address, then this is your ideal solution. I use various techniques, such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release, amma fusion (eastern techniques such as table shiatsu/thai massage), Swedish techniques, soft tissue release and stretching.

What Clients Say

Rachel Buxton

"I suffered from regular migraines which would last 3-4 days every month. A friend recommended Caroline to me to try reflexology and I thought I would give it a go, although I was sceptical it would help. I had a weekly session for 7 weeks and for 3 months I didn’t have a single headache, let alone migraine! When my headaches came back they were not as severe as before but I promptly booked in to see Caroline again as something was obviously working! Caroline has a natural ability to tune in to what your body needs and has really helped me to get my life back on track."

Jo Cartlidge

"I saw Caroline for a course of reflexology over 7 weeks, to try and see if it would help with my plantar fasciitis. Caroline put me at ease and explained the process. The treatment was always thorough and not rushed. I always felt refreshed and had an increase in energy and it seemed to release the tension in my foot where the plantar fasciitis hurt the most. I feel the reflexology aided my recovery as I no longer suffer with the plantar fasciitis. I would definitely recommend Caroline."

Alison Kleckham

"I had reflexology with Caroline during my pregnancy. Pregnancy reflexology helped me to prepare for labour and kept me in good health leading up to the birth. Caroline's technique is confident and intuitive. Post natal reflexology helped stabilize my hormones and promote milk production. I find the treatments calming and relaxing and the following day I always have higher energy levels."

Adam, Fleet

I suffer from a little-known heart condition (Cardio Microvascular Dysfunction) which causes a great deal of pain and limits what I can do in my life. Caroline said she may be able to help and suggested trying six sessions plus trying “bio energy” therapy. After two treatments and a week of using an earthing strap I was already feeling better than I had in months, and after six weeks I actually managed a short bike ride, the first in two years! Caroline has been extremely understanding, flexible and helpful and I am so grateful for her help. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I will still have good and bad days but with Caroline’s help and continuing sessions I am sure my quality of life will continue to improve.Thank you Caroline!
